And Venom, we should have a committee, thing about 5 people who can determine if a trade with an Open team if they are fair or not to make them happen. There are a lot bench players I would like from other teams. The 5 people should be familiar with the stats/ratings that Live has to determine how fair they are.

You guys are starting to make this WAY too complicated, IMHO. I have just a couple of comments:

1. The best way to propose a trade would be via PM. Then, if the other person agrees, you post it in the trade central thread. If anyone objects they could do so then.

2. An open team trade proposal is a problem since there are a number of players on open teams that ANY of the teams already picked would like to trade for. If a team doesn't have a manager, then it is probably going to have to stay off-limits for trades. That's the only fair way.

ya, what VF21 said is gonna happen. If someone opposes a trade, just say so. I'm not a dictator. I say just ask members if they want to be a part of it. I'm sure the rest of the teams will fill up soon.
