[Game] Final Four! Kings v. Wizards - 7/20 - 5:00 PT

Really dislike how much Acy is getting involved early on on the offensive end.

And dang, Nik is way off.

I do not mean this personally, but ...

Im 21 about to be 22. Played basketball competitively all through high school and even play in leagues now. Granted Not NBA level but still. How is Stauskas ailing so much with his legs? Now is the time to be able to play games back to back. He's not Tim Duncan or anything...

Acy is getting the job done right now. I don't know about you guys, but I WANT to see the Kings in the final. In order to get there, they have to win today. I'm more concerned with the defensive falloff than I am with Acy on offense.

I mean that at the beginning of the half, it seemed like we were running our offense through him. Give him the ball and let him do something with it? He may have improved on offense a bit, but to make him the focal point is probably a bad idea. We lost all of our offensive balance when this started and it's reflected on the defensive end, too.

They say that these guys play at a significantly faster speed and pace, which will drain your energy at a faster rate

and also have ice baths, medical staff, professional equipment, get paid millions of dollars, the list goes on. And the other guys on the team are playing the same game as him? Wizards went into triple OT last night. ETC

Nik, for the last few summers, has been killing himself in summer workouts. It's translated well during the season, because he can allow his body rest when he needs it. I think he's just put too much work in this summer and didn't account for how tired these last couple weeks would make him.

I've NEVER seen him out of breath. Never seen him with a red face. It's my only explanation as to what's up with him being so tired.

What's crazy is that all of us see how tired Nik is, but the coaches still have him in there. He has almost 4 minutes on every other starter on our team. Odd.

The other possibility, is that he's playing against stronger men now, which is different than playing against the boys. Until he gets stronger, playing against guys who are more physically 'mature' than he is, will tend to drain energy faster as well
