I'll take the guy wanting minutes over a project. In your scenario you have 9 in the rotation and 2-3 projects. You still need 1-2 more guys in the roster. What happens when someone gets hurt? You expect the project to fill in? You just wasted your season.
No... I said 8-9 rotation players, 2 projects and 2/3 bench warmer. That makes a 12/14 players roster. Look at how the good teams were built last season.

If we want to add Wright, it's absolutely clear we need to move someone. This is not a balanced team in my opinion. But this is the problem: the players we want to move, are extremely hard to trade. Who wants to take Salmons or hayes for example?
