Kings corner: All-Star break means relaxing, anticipating
Diary with Corliss Williamson

It's All-Star Weekend, and we've still got to do this, huh? I thought we were off this weekend.
Thursday was nice because we had the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Boys and Girls center in Russellville (Ark.). I donated some money to it, and it was named after my grandfather, L.W. Williamson.
Since Friday, we've been chillin' at the house in Little Rock. It was a nice day Friday, and then it started sleeting. So we've been in the house - stuck in the house, really - because the roads are icy. And my wife (Michelle) and I are going a little crazy with the kids.
We've got 29 games left, and I'm looking forward to see how we finish the season. I want to see how we handle the changes and the different style we're playing with and see if we finally can establish a consistent level of play.
It's going to be fun to see how hard we're willing to work to make a run at the last playoff spot or even the seventh and/or sixth spot.
Corliss Williamson's diary is the property of The Sacramento Bee.
