Haha, did anyone hear Reggie Miller's comments? Basically went something like this:

Cleveland was going to live or die with Lebron.
Last night, Kobe was the decoy for Derek Fisher.
Tonight, the superstar took the shot.

Funny... :D I honestly have no clue how this series is going to turn out. The Magic actually appear to be the better team down the stretch, but they get in such huge holes....

I say they split in Orlando.... makings of a 7 game series here where HCA means very little.

Edit: That missed T on Mo Williams sure looks big right about now. :)

fantastic game, which is impressive for someone who has no rooting interest. kinda wanted the cavs to lose just to see how they respond to adversity.

lewis should've played williams tighter on the inbounds (just like odom on anthony carter). too many calls went the cavs' way, which is annoying, but maybe that trend will reverse itself down in orlando.

man, what a finish.

My erm....botanist friend send me a quote the minute after LeBron hit that shot. I think he summed it up perfectly.

And the king said, "I can put you back together again."
That's exactly what LeBron did. He gave them new life. Its shape up now, or its still over Cleveland.

This series is crazy good. How does Orlando keep coming back from 20+ point deficits to lead at the end of these games? LBJ is a freaking God:eek:!

1) there is a reason I have been advocating Hedo as a FA (although its almost impossible to see as the success of that team and him personally just mounts and mounts). He's the clutch goto guy on a 59 win legit championship contender.

2) LeBron is just silly now. For all that that monster game to finish Detroit a couple of years back was a statement, this season, and this postseason in paarticular, is the one that's truly birthing a legend. If you want to be talked about like MJ, you need to do things that just aren't done, and he just keeps on doing them and doing them.

3) a good thing about picking 4th? That there is no LeBron in this draft to commit suicide about missing out on.

Nah, Magic take both in Orlando. Cavs barely scraped by and pulled out a win on their home court in a do or die situation. Game 3 will be a blowout and gave 4 will be a win for the Magic as well. Magic have Cavs number. This is over in 6.

How good is this guy? Seriously, LeBron is the best basketball player in the world and barring major injury, will likely only get better.

That shot was one of the greatest in NBA history simply because of the degree of difficulty. There was only one second on the clock for the inbound (meaning no time to gather oneself, take a few dribbles, or even pump fake) and the distance was absurd. And the stakes could not be higher - it really looked like the Cavs were finished.

I agree that the Cavs got more calls going their way but for all the talk of superstar calls and Stern wanting to rig it so we see a Cavs-Lakers series, the refs called two charges and a traveling violation on LeBron James in the late stages of the game. The Magic really can't complain about the refs nor should they - they played a hell of a game but just fell short.
