He's just a name now. People remember the name, and maybe the hair. But the game is long gone. Knees are entirely shot, and he isn't even abel to do the things he was once good at (rebounding, defense) at a high level anymore. Brian Skinner is a much better player at this point. No need for an over the hill Grant (an undersized PF even in his prime). Would be mildly surprised if he was picked up by anybody really. Has that little left I think.

The old Brian Grant is exactly what we are looking for in my opinion.

He is another 6-8 power forward whose knees are suspect if not gone. Intense and hard worker but no, not even on Kings bench.
