Aside from the collapse in Game 4, the Lakers have controlled this series. Kobe said it best... If somebody told them it takes 2 wins for the championship, they'll take it. Yeah baby. 2 wins. That's it. To Boston the series goes, where Boston is known to cheat.

Wow. There is no delusion greater than Laker fan delusion.

The Lakers have controlled the series? Interesting. And that's why they're heading back to Boston behind 3-2.

Good grief, dude. Suck it up and admit it. For the most part, your team has been an embarrassment, totally outplayed and, at times, outcoached. You're lucky to even still be in this show. I wouldn't start planning the parade quite yet.

An interesting observation about Ray Allen's daughter situation (stolen from a Celtic's forum):

On a basketball-related note, it would be interesting to know when this happened, and to what extent it affected Ray's game.

Up until the 7:31 mark of the 3rd quarter, he was 4-for-8 shooting, with 14 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, 0 turnovers, and 1 personal foul.

From the 7:31 point onward, he was 0-for-5, with 2 points, 0 rebounds, 0 assists, 2 turnovers, and 5 personal fouls.

Those numbers could be a total coincidence, but if they were a result of a distraction, he certainly can't be blamed.
