Andrew Goudelock with the second rounder?

He has unbelievable range, but to be honest I don't know anything about his defensive ability. But coming off the bench all we'll need him to do is shoot and handle the ball for us, and occasionally set others up. I've heard he is performing well in the shooting drills at the combine. If we don't go after a guard with our 7 pick I'd like us to take a long look at him.

I only got to see him twice, and in those two games, he played little or no defense. He appears to be a good athlete, so why he didn't defend is anyone's guess. But your right about his range. He's similar to Fredette in that area. I did a short write up on him in the prospects thread. ..

Yea, I only saw one of those games and the only one I saw of him. You do have to wonder though about his defense as a similar situation as Jimmer, because he shows athleticism creating open shots.

By the way, Goudelock will be working out for the Kings on June 21st..

Just saw that, good to hear. Do you think the Kings have any real interest in him or have you heard of any? I doubt we will really consider him, thinking that we are taking a PG in the first. I guess it all depends on how his workout goes though.
