Thanks for finding this, JB. I split it out of the other thread so people can see it. Comparing the two documents - this and the term sheet the Maloofs rebuffed - is an exercise in "Alice in Wonderland" thinking. Good grief. Just how crazy is George Maloof?

The comparison of the two documents is the downfall of the Maloofs. Funny, I keep saying things like that. Maybe it's because they keep doing mindblowingly stupid things.
