For those who don't know what an ambigram is, an ambigram is a drawing of a word that can be read equally well from different points of view. Dan Brown, the author of the Da Vinci Code, also wrote a book called Angels and Demons in which ambigrams were a crucial part of the story. The pictures drawn in the book were drawn by by a very talented man named John Langdon whom you can find a www.johnlangdon.net. The pictures in the website are amazing. I challenge our resident computer artists (Freak, rhuber, Mad D, this means you. ) to try and make ambigrams of their own, maybe one for kingsfans.com or maybe one for my avatar?

Hahaha, I meant from scratch, Mad D. That generator is really crude compared to what can be done by talented artists, they're really amazing. Like this one.

Now try looking at it upside down.

And I think Mili Lim is a palindrome as opposed to an ambigram. Either way, it's still pretty cool.

Here's the life/death tattoo gogo is talking about. there are also some like live/evil, god/devil etc.

Actually, that's still called an ambigram, but its an asymmetrical ambigram, as long as the word can be read equally well from different points of views, its an ambigram.
