No GM has ever just given him small ball players because he's a "small ball" coach. That's just foolish. The question is why he isn't adapting now or at least held off on it until Rondo/Cuz had a word with him. Stubborn? Ideology? Stuck in his ways? Less desire at his last stop? Who knows. But this roster is nothing like his Den roster.
