He's got some tools but the clear reason he was never going to live up to that number 1 is he just doesn't have quickness. On either end. The shoulder thing didn't help obviously but it's definitely the lack of foot speed keeping him from his potential.

At this point, and I ain't gonna lie, I wouldn't necessarily be against cloning Keegs a handful of times and running a lineup consisting of Keegan and a bunch of Keegan clones. If nothing else, that lineup would at least be entertaining enough over the span of a 48-minute game!
