I had a bad feeling about this game. I didn't want to say anything. I thought Christie would play fox a max of 25 min to prove a point that we didn't need him, instead we play him as if he's locked in to the Kings.

The kings have me a over the place this season. Peob the most roller coaster season I've ever been a part of. This is wild. The emotions are too much smh

And if he keeps grinding him and he gets hurt? Oof, that could literally set the franchise back YEARS. Get a move along Monte.

I still can't believe he hasn't transitioned from Huerter to Keon and Carter. I really don't get it, Huerter can hit shots once and awhile but much like Adelman a great 8 1/2 man rotation is better than... whatever the heck Christie is doing here. It almost defies logic. What is he seeing with some of these patterns?

He's not. Huerter played 10 minutes lol. He's playing the starters huge minutes, Lyles and Keon as actual subs and everyone gets like 1 or 2 small rotations a game. It's essentially a 7 man rotation and if someone plays well, they may get to 10.

When you have lineups that can't defend to save their lives every game is just one run away from turning against you.
The frustrating thing (which hopefully we now no longer have to worry about now) is that Fox is perfectly capable of being one of those plus defenders to help bridge the gaps between he Keon/Keegan lineups but he just chooses not to be that guy at times for some reason.

While he is in flux, he’s playing not to get hurt.

Lack of focus. Some would attribute it to having his heart elsewhere or being checked out

I'm starting to think what a couple of others had mentioned in that the coach wasn't the problem, the players are the problem. I feel like we are right back to where we were when Brown was coaching. I guess it makes sense. I kept thinking man how are we playing so good when Doug doesn't have any head coach experience and was just the defensive coach of the Kings. I think what happened is that the change motivated the team and Doug is a great motivator. The problem is, motivation only takes you so far and for so long and then it begins to wane. I agree with everyone else about Fox. I can't wait until he's gone in a few days.

Also I know Ham and the radio guys have made the non-trade for a wing the big issue over the last couple of days but the lack of a viable backup center is honestly the more pressing issue at the moment.
I agree man. I think tre has been a good sport but it's not even fair to him to be banging with the bigs every dam game. He's a PF let him play his natural position. Hell let everyone play there natural position. Get us a regular lineup man. Please

I mean why did isaac jones get banished to the shadow realm?(which he's probably competing for MVP in currently). I do not see a world he's worse for this team than Len.

And then the obvious play is just Lyles at small ball 5. But we've resisted that as an org for 3 years now
