I mean, it honestly doesn't matter at this point. Just watching this game, the whole Fox saga has sucked the life out of this team. This has not been the squad that shows up under Doug Christie. Figuring out what happens with him is all that's going to matter until the deadline.

Yeah, but the minute pounding was going to be an issue at some point regardless. It usually is right about the halfway mark of a tough road trip. And here they are, grazing the front iron, bent over huffing and puffing. DC has to start game planning better otherwise his run at the helm might not be long one.

Yeah, his sub patterns have been pretty awful if we're being honest. Len in the 1H, sucks and gives up a bunch of point sand doesn't go back to him. Devin Carter gets 1 stint in the 1st half, no chance to get a rhythm. Keon had a fairly poor game tonight, 2-10 shooting, wasn't his usual self on D, but there's just no excuse to be running all the starters 37+ and Keon only 17. Shave 4 minutes off 2 of those guys and get Keon to 25 consistently.

Well guess we are back to not playing like a playoff team. Oh well, the run was fun folks and at least it lasted for a few weeks. At least they gave us hope for awhile there. I guess it was too good to be true.

Was hoping Christie would keep our heads above water.

Just rip the bandaid off and trade Fox. ASAP.

The sad thing is he was. The Christie bump got us back into this playoff race and we were playing up to the talent potential on this team.

Tonight just looked like a team dejected. I don't really see how there's going to be a fix for that if he's still here past the deadline.

Christie's minutes are very questionable. His lack of playing Carter and Issac is very worrisome. I dont understand it at all. Like what is he doing. Fox is gone! Even if he wasn't he hasn't played good for like 10 games man

The lack of beef maybe, gee, sure would have been nice if the Kings lone power guard in Carter could get more than 3 minutes, lol.

Fox 34 || Carter 14
Monk 34 || Keon 14
Keegan 28 || Keon 10 || Huerter 10
DDR 34 || Keegan 6 || Lyles 8
Domas 34 || Lyles 14

Keon- 24
Lyles-22
Carter-14
Huerter-10

And this is keeping all the starters at 34 MPG. So there's 100% room to get the bench units some actual run and not burn out the flame of the starters night in and night out.

yes, but they were big guards, obure/council/edwards are all 6'6 and above. They might be listed as guard, but doesn't mean they are small.

Council has given us trouble before, he plays physical. Lowry hit timely shots while we missed and Maxey did what he does even with good defense.

I had a bad feeling about this game. I didn't want to say anything. I thought Christie would play fox a max of 25 min to prove a point that we didn't need him, instead we play him as if he's locked in to the Kings.

The kings have me a over the place this season. Peob the most roller coaster season I've ever been a part of. This is wild. The emotions are too much smh

I still can't believe he hasn't transitioned from Huerter to Keon and Carter. I really don't get it, Huerter can hit shots once and awhile but much like Adelman a great 8 1/2 man rotation is better than... whatever the heck Christie is doing here. It almost defies logic. What is he seeing with some of these patterns?
