Kevin Huerter and Keon but with Snells in the first half. Alex Len inexplicably out only player with a positive plus minus despite both getting beat on defense every possession and fumbling the ball every single time he touched it on the other end.

Can waste minutes on huerter in the second half and can’t let Ellis rot on the bench. Need to make the obvious moves here Doug.
Or Carter. Carter had some rusty rookie moments but his on ball defense, picking up full court was a difference maker for a stretch. He and Len got crisscrossed here and there. Have they even played together? If they have it can't be much. Len came out and switched which I can't at all see that as the plan with him. No way do you have Len switch almost any pick and roll.

Defense sucks for the 4th straight game. Keon playing only 8 minutes show his minutes under Doug was a function of injury.

the Fox, Monk, DeRozan combination appears not good defensively
Pisses me off how everyone knows this but we’re gonna lose games before anything gets done. And you’re right about Ellis minutes he was one of the very few play defense and disrupting GSW offense and barley plays

Kerr outcoached Christie here. Came up with a good plan to limit the pick and roll and deny drives. Well prepared for the expected doubling of Steph and it's open three after open three for them. It was a predictable plan but we had no adjustments. Refs don't help us either.

When the team offense is not rolling, we should exploit our individual matchup advantages with DeRozan and Sabonis and make them adjust.

and this is no time to squeeze Carter in there either. Let Keon get back in rhythm
They are two entirely different types of defenders. One defends with his body (Carter) the other with his hands (Keon). We'll have to see if Keon is a good matchup for the Dubs. They have big beefy guards that are rubbing him off screens and were getting him behind the play. Also he isn't able to body up as well in the full court, Keons defense is largely attacking the dribble.

So you'd go Carter at this point? Sit Keon down?
