At what point or game #, do they need to take the odds for this particular draft seriously?
riiiiiiight.....Y’all know I’m fully capable of massive voice to text mistakes all on my own.
Thank you!!I love how this board is constantly preaching "tanking" for “future success,” as if that’s something we have a history of. If you’re under 20, the Kings have never been good. If you’re older, congratulations, you witnessed it exactly once.
I’ll take joy when it’s actually happening. Nobody has a clue what the future looks like. They could draft AJ Dybantsa, botch his development, and ship him out once he’s had enough.
I would too if my previous employer treated me that way.
We were second. After the three game win streak to nowhere we are 4th out of the best odds. Our next game is against Washington which we will probably win and put us with more wins than Brooklyn.Relax. I really doubt we're going to end up significantly higher than where we currently stand, so I think the draft odds will still be in our favor at the end of the day.
Has your previous employer given you millions of dollars garanteed prior to letting you go?I would too if my previous employer treated me that way.
Noticed that myselfNo wave or handshake between Doug and Mike?
Precious did give him a hug but MB sure got out quick

DeRozan played 41 mins and Westbrook played 39. Watch Indiana strategically manage a top 3 pick and make another deep run next season, while developing a top young talentWe were second. Yeah, but imagine being deeply passionate about a project—so much so that your contract gets renewed, clearly signaling they want you to continue. Then, out of nowhere, you’re fired.Has your previous employer given you millions of dollars garanteed prior to letting you go?
I think you would live with getting fired and still getting paid millions by that same employer. Who btw gave you a chance when you where dead In the water.
Novody wanted Mike before he got to the kings. Now hes coach of the Knicks.
He should he kissing the Kings ass
He held out until he got paid. He didnt take some kind of pet project. Mike isnt that generous.Yeah, but imagine being deeply passionate about a project—so much so that your contract gets renewed, clearly signaling they want you to continue. Then, out of nowhere, you’re fired.
I don’t know if your previous employer ever gave you projects you genuinely cared about.
As cynical as I have gotten as an old man, even I'd say money isn’t always the answer to everything.

I like how we’re just letting the kids light the beam every single time now lol
I mostly agree with everything you’ve said.He held out until he got paid. He didnt take some kind of pet project. Mike isnt that generous.
I get your angle but regardless the kings resurrected Mike's career.
The Knicks will end it.
Mike walking away without saying anything to former players and coaches says a lot about character. Suck it up and shake hands man. You got a cheer coming back here. Thats all the respect you need.
I didnt want Mike fired. But I also dont feel sorry for him
I think Coach Christie waved to the Knicks' bench with about a minute remaining, after Mike Brown put in the deep subs.No wave or handshake between Doug and Mike?
He looked down there at the buzzer and Brown had turned away and didn't look back. Jordi Fernandez doesn't acknowledge Christie eitherI think Coach Christie waved to the Knicks' bench with about a minute remaining, after Mike Brown put in the deep subs.
I dunno, a few months ago Chicago got some poor sucker to take on Zach Levine...anything's possible! You'd have to be a really low iQ GM to allow any of this to do that. Doesn't sound plausible
Whoa, what's the scoop on that? Was Christie resented by the Brown people for being an inherited staffer? He looked down there at the buzzer and Brown had turned away and didn't look back. Jordi Fernandez doesn't acknowledge Christie either

Kayte during the broadcast was saying the Nicks defensive strategy wasn't as much "to get the ball out of the hands of DDR as to"... but caught herself from what she was starting to say: "...as to get the ball INTO the hands of Zach Levine." She recovered with "...as to create chaos for the Kings."Tank commander Zach making an appearance.
He's been very classy about the Kings, thanking Vivek for the opportunity and his raising the fans. Mike has continued to be a consummate professional.Has your previous employer given you millions of dollars garanteed prior to letting you go?

Before the mid-season cup Mike was very complimentary of the Kings while Fox was saying "Grass is greener". Brown actually did acknowledge everything you said. Said Vivek gave him a shot when nobody else wanted to. He was thankful.Has your previous employer given you millions of dollars garanteed prior to letting you go?

I will never understand it. Divencenzo was at his very best with them and an absolute sniper over thereCan’t believe he Knicks gave up roughly ten first round picks for Bridges
