Maybe Steve Kerr put in a special request to see Malik on the floor for this game. He did not disappoint.
I don’t understand showcasing guys who have played many years in the league. There is plenty of film. Is one game really going to convince someone to make a trade? Seems like dumb thing to make a team decide in a trade. It’s a total Vivek move btw

Teams have to answer to their fans too. They told everyone they needed multiple firsts and I think we all know that will never happen, if a guy mops the floor with them sometimes fans are like "why the hell are we not taking this guy?"

I doubt it has to do with showcasing tonight. Recent reports are that the Warriors have soured on Moody and Podziemski, so there is an off chance that a one-for-one trade for Monk and Kuminga might go through.

Steph Curry is putting on a show tonight, but he can't do it by himself.
