Devin is also technically a “local boy”! Between Jaylen, Devin, and Jared McCain (unfortunately was injured and couldn’t play in the Philly game), this was a really strong draft class for Sacramento hoopsMy son is going to the game tonight. He and Jaylen Wells were in Cub Scouts together and played on the same AAU team for a bit. They still stay in contact a little, but he's hoping to catch him coming in or out of the tunnel pregame to say "Hi". Good to see a local boy make good!
Anthony Carter, the former NBA veteran, former Kings assistant, now Memphis Grizzlies asst. coach & father of Sacramento rookie Devin Carter, talks about coaching against his son in his NBA debut later tonight at Golden 1 Center.
