Why the heat do it: They got their star forward and SG, but still need help at the point and center spots, and that's exactly what they get.

Why the kings do it: Kings can dump Ron and Brad's big deal, paving the way for the future frontline of Hawes/Thompson, and get a fat expiring deal in the process. Marion also won't be a slouch, as he will be playing for his future deal this season.

Why the Lakers do it: LA boosts their toughness on the frontline, which is why they fell apart in the finals. The other major weakness was their defense, and Haslem and Artest are more than capable in that department. Haslem and Artest can both play the power forward and small forward spots, but I don't know if they feel Farmar is going to be a part of their future.

Them fakers are all high on Farmar, plus Miami probably won't be all excited about Miller and Odom. Only way this goes down is if Marion starts pouting again.

Petrie would never do it. Your trading two starters for one starter that will be gone in one year. Petrie values Miller and Artest more than you do and I'm sure would like to get something back other than cap space.
