To be fair, the protections on this pick only extend for three years rather than permanently like that Hickson pick seemed to be.

He’s essentially supercharged Bogi. Really good playmaker. Not gonna make sure too many mistakes. Smart basketball player. Tougher than he looks. Not a total sieve on defense (at least not compared to Trae Young)

Barnes is still a very useful guy to play 3/4. It is not easy to get an replacement of the same level. I think he stays.
