I'm guessing you like Tyreke Evans?
i think at the moment if tyreke can keep gettin to the hole and dishing out, him and k-mart will be a good duo... that being said, i dont know if im sold on john wall+tyreke to distribute efficiently.
AL FAROUQ AMINU maybe? i really think if reke can learn to dish likes he did in summer, him n kmart wil be a good duo. i think john wall and reke would possibly not work out as well seeing as theyre both people who drive mostly. so im thinkin aminu maybe, hes an upgraded donte....maybe? atleast he plays better D. plus we would have 2 FREAKY/FAROUQY ballers, could be funny
From the little I've seen from Favors I've been very impressed. I'm not sure about his offensive potential, but he already shows good effort, tools, and feel for the defensive end. Okafor type.
Ater Majok is going to get to play this year after there were issues with his eligibility. The kid can straight up ball and although has been playing only for a few years he has had a hell of a coaching staff working with him.
He's got a fadeaway now (which I just heard about). Last year he didn't have that shot. We should see a lot of him at UCONN this year. Might be a surprise move up the draft ladder.
Another player that might surprise a bit is Samadro Samuels. He's a bit short for a PF (which is the type of game he has) but he doesn't back down and has soft hands. This year he should be able to work on his rebounding, and post work.
Right now neither he nor Samuels is even on most of the draft board. Majok doesn't surprise me since he really hasn't had much of a chance to show what he can do. But I'm a little surprised about Samuels. Not that it matters. He'll be there at the end. I'm anxious to get a look at Majok..
Just as long as our PGs can pick up the rebounding and toughness slack for him.Greg Monroe would be a FABULOUS pick-up for our roster next year.
Im sure next years record will be an improvement over last seasons, but i expect us to still have a whole bunch of ping pong balls in the lottery. Im still crossing my fingers for John Wall.
Im actually of the opinion that John Wall is going to be so good it doesnt matter if we need him or not, if we can get him then we do it. However, I dont know a great deal about the other incoming NCAA freshmen.Who knows, by the end of this coming season, we may not even be interested in Wall. Of course that all depends on Evans. But right now, at least on paper, next years draft looks to be deeper than last years. Especially with big men, of which you can't have too many. I'm not opposed to getting the first pick in the draft though. Whether we would use it on Wall or not.
As a matter of fact, the best position we could be in, would be to have the first pick in the draft and not need Wall. Nothing like dealing from a position of power..![]()

I have to assume that, unless there's a highly touted big man available, we draft the best player available, regardless of position.
