I hate Paypal.
A few days ago I purchased Secret of Mana through my paypal account with zero issues.
Today I tried to buy my overnight in Preston Castle, and there is a random restriction on my account based on a Feb. 5th purchase that never happened... To restore my account I need to have a land-line (which I don't have) to prove my location is legit to prove Im real, I guess.
Not only that, but it is basing me by an old debit card that has since been replaced, but can't be changed to my new one (which is on the account seeing I bought something within the last week) because of my accounts new 'restriction'.
ARRG....
Edit: I think Im done? I lifted my ban after calling an automated line, but my charge will still take 3-5 days to post as opposed to the normal instantly Im used to...
Maybe it's just the people at Preston Castle's rules?

)Seriously, that sounds incredibly weird. I currently rely on Paypal for alot of my "business gettin' by" money, and if they screwed with me I probably wouldn't have food money for myself. Scary. I got some financial planning to do.

Saw Jake Gyllenhaal at Wondercon this weekend. Sat about ten feet away from him during the Prince of Persia panel. (Swooning. Lots. Probably audibly.) That is a very, very, VERY, very, very attractive young man. Very. And charming as hell.

If you can't resolve the paypal trouble, there's a different solution. I noticed that they have the Secret of Mana on the shop channel for the Wii now. It's actually pretty cool that you can buy games from old consoles and play them on your Wii. Hope it works out SLAB .

And as far as my PayPal account...The restriction is apparently still lifted, but the charge for the overnight at Preston Castle is still there, and there is also my request from my bank account to offset the charge is to pend another few days (which was the same thing as when the 'restriction' was on me) so I have no clue.
As long as the charge is on my account, and I officially have my account offsetting it, I assume Im okay.

I found the need to bid on something on ebay, and I was astonished to learn that I still actually had an account on there; I'd only used it once, eleven years ago, to order an MP3 player, back when that was still new and innovative technology.
Renaldo, what the hell is the deal with "RIP Oreo?" I have a dear friend, who's nickname happens to be "Oreo," so you really threw me for a loop!

Agreed - she's painful to watch, not just the performance, but the training footage as well. I can't help but feel this woman needs to have a serious breakdown/meltdown/blowup (take your pick) and is so afraid to let herself release all the baggage trapped within that she's tied herself in a straightjacket and can't get out. I feel for her, but think this DWTS stint was very unwise.
