I think it is hard to determine who is more likely to reach their potential. From what you read, it sounds like Favors is a hard worker while Cousins might be a bit lazy (overblown IMO). However, Cousins seems to be the more skilled of the two at this point which shows that he works on his game. I think that both players are likely to acheive much of their potential (call me optimistic).

I couldn't agree with you more on Cousins. I don't know where this "lazy" rep came from. One of my friends quoted that to me and I challenged him to find a reference and he found one article (I think ESPN) that mentioned it. However, Cousins is actually skilled and improved him game a lot last season, hardly a sign of laziness. Furthermore, his attitude problems all seemed to come from being too fiery. Arguing with the coach, elbowing opposing players, etc. I could be completely wrong here, but Cousins doesn't seem to have the Derrick Coleman passive attitude gene.
