Shakur and Watkins make the team.

15 players (14 if you don't count Justin Williams). If they were going to do cuts, they would have done it by now, no?

Yeah, I honestly would see no reason to cut either Watkins or Shakur at this point. Rotation players they aren't at this point in time, but they're both D-league eligible. worst case, send them to D-league and see if they could develop into rotation players.

I think he (Shakur) earned his way into the D-league. But with Bibby's injury, he gets to wear the Kings uniform a bit longer.

I like Shakur, but until he develops a fairly reliable shot, his NBA future is in doubt.

I'm glad the Kings are keeping Watkins, in today's NBA it's good to keep some reserve bigs, you never know when you'll need them.
