Salmons definitely deserves the nod, as he's had a sort of renaissance playing off the bench recently and don't forget, he was averaging 20 ppg, 6 rpg, 4 apg types in his wanna-be-superstar mode during the first dozen or so games into the season--definitely helped my fantasy squad

. From his Philly days (back when AI was injured) to now, Salmons has always been one to thrive in a starting gig. Hopefully he can keep up those stellar stats and take Kevin's scoring role.
Garcia is a "you never know what you're going to get" sort of player, and those types of players ought to come off the bench with extended minutes just to get a feel for which version you're going to get. I've documented my fondness for Garcia's abilities when he is in top form, but when he's out of it the result is turnovers and bricks. Pure energy guy with talent off the bench is how I'd perceive it, and hopefully he can develop some of his control in that role, and with more minutes.
Douby--ahh sort of the "forgotten man." Got single digit playing time in his past three games, and I agree that with all the swingmen our team is laden with it's hard to make room for him. But the opportunity has rearose...and playing time is inevitable. Has shown flashes of ability to shoot and get hot, and he seems to have some latent shotblocking abilities if he pursues the issue. We do need a shooter in the fray, with Salmons, Artest and Garcia not exactly "pure", and if Douby can show some consistency in this area that would be a nice asset for us. But of course, for the time being, he belongs in the bench as sort of a spot-up man for 10-15 minutes a game or so. Hopefully he can develop some point skills, but based on the early returns, I'm not overly optimistic.
