Kings have 5 PF's on the squad it does not make much sense to keep all of them however we are handcuffed with SAR and KT so where does that land sheldon and Moore?
Kill SAR and K9, trade Moore somehow, and have williams as a back up to thompson. thompson is NBA ready
Until further notice, Moore is still our starter.
Thompson is immediately the back-up with the opportunity to play his way to more minutes (hopefully eventually earning the start over Moore)
Williams is the resident towel-waiver until he's shipped out or his contract expires.
SAR can wear a series of nice suits while sitting in his awesome seats just behind Kings Row.
K9 will have his desk moved to Arco's basement and his swingline stapler taken away.
Maybe we can trade Williams/Mikki to Memphis for a PG(Lowry/Critt)+a contract? They have practically no PFs and like 50 guards.

lol, nice try but that ain't flying. They have a surplus of PG's, but that doesn't mean they're selling them off for nothing, which is what moore and williams are. They can get better deals, especially when PG's are at a premium right now.
Disagree. Shelden will never be a star, but he could be a solid role player if someone would give him time, which no one ever has. Same thing with a guy like Kyle Lowry. He's a bench guy on that team, so there's no harm in trading him for Shelden. I'd really like the Kings to find a way to get Mike Conley from Memphis, but I don't see it happening.
I'm hoping that SAR is healed and can actually play this year. There are 3 teams that we might be able to work a deal Bulls (Kirk/Duhon (sign and trade)), Griz (Lowry/Crittiton)and Bobcats (Felton). All want a low post player.
Lowry and Crittenton are the only one of those guys I'd be interested in, and there's no way the Grizzlies would be interested in SAR (unless we took Jaric off their hands, which isn't happening). It's going to be really difficult for Petrie to get a PG this offseason.
I would think as a four year college guy Thommpson is about a ready to start as you can be. I would hope he steps in as the starter from day 1.
I think we could nab Hinrich. We have some pieces they could use.
Except that he sucks and isn't that young. He was almost single-handedly responsible for how bad the Bulls were last year. He had an incredibly abysmal season.

I wouldn't mind getting either of those guys. I'm not sure I want Hinrich though. He has a terrible contract that rebuilding teams should not be interested in
Moore is the starter for now. KT and SAR are unknowns. KT didn't play last year and for all practical purposes neither did SAR. If they can go somewhere I'm sure the Kings are working every possible angle.
First thing is to find out this summer and in training camp what is it Shelden can contribute. Thompson is the rookie but in summer and fall training camp we'll get a chance to see what he can do against the next level. Shelden I think is strictly a 4 whereas Jason played the 5 in college but may be more a 4 in NBA. Hawes is a 5 who can play the 4 as well. Brad being the incumbent 5.
So Brad/Hawes and maybe a bit of Jason at the 5
Then, Mikki/Shelden/Jason at the 4
On a 13 man roster nothing wrong with having 5 BIGS at the 4/5. Plus 2 PGs, 3 SG and 3 SF with Garcia being able to play 1, 2 or 3.
I wouldn't mind either Conley or Mayo.It truly sucks that there aren't that many good pieces the Kings have to offer anyone. As for the Grizzlies, I honestly rank their management as bad as the Knicks. Trade Gasol for nothing and are stockpiled with 1st round PG (Conley, Crittenton, Mayo). There is no way they keep all three.
