Don't hate me guys but the best Basketball movie I think would be the Blue Chips!! I didn't know Butch McRae was Penny Hardaway until I recognized the way he dribble...

I liked The Sixth Man and The Air Up There also!

I enjoyed the Pistol Pete movie as a kid... although the basketball scenes in it seem extremely wooden. Maybe that's a more accurate reflection on the style of basketball played during Pistol Pete's time however

Was Ray Allen had a movie? Directed by Spike Lee i think.....

I wish there will be a basketball movie that is really inspiring, to know more about not just playing basketball but respecting each players, and also not just winning but reaching their goal! More like a "Remember the Titans" and "Varsity Blues" kind of movie.

There's so many great football movies, wish more great basketball movies also in the future!
