What do we do with all our SF's?

Nocioni is the odd man out here and I actually think he'll ve pretty easy to trade if thats the route we want to take .. a team like Boston may still be interested .. Magic have an open slot if they dont resign Hedo ( VC takes Lee's place ) .. maybe we can work out a S&T for Gortat.

Don't think Magic give up Gortat, not when they have traded Battie.

As for Hedo, they might not be able to sign him (or S&T him), without seriously going into LT category. They shall probably need to handover the starting SF spot to Pietrus, and hope Vince can make up for the reduced depth.

I'd say that we should play the younger ones in Israel or DLeague for a while, but that never seems to happen.

We probably won't trade Nocioni, because he's the closest thing we'll have to a backup PF after we waive Brockman. And, had Geoff wanted to trade Nocioni for enders and picks, he had his chance last year and turned it down. If he didn't like it then, I don't think he'll like it now.

There are a lot of good card games that our SFs, SGs and combo guard can play while we wait for roster adjustments.

nocioni will be a good fit to contending teams, im really pushing that management put donte and casspi out there and accelerate their growth.

Trade Martin+ Garsia+Tompson for Bosh. And we almost solve our problems.
Our start will be smth like:
Udrich-Evans-Nocioni-Bosh-Hawes .Bench : Rodriges-Bobby Jackson-Donta-Brock- Diogu
And next year we could draft Wall.

i gurantee you we wont be in the race for wall next year... were going to get better than 17 wins..

cant we trade noc to the bucks for bowen? have donte and casspi play the 3... bowen can teach these guys defense ;)

The kings just needs to get a Superstar player... at those days all the teams which success at the Nba has atleast 1 superstar at their team.
Kings has no one.

you dont need a superstar actually... just good SOLID players in every position.. though lets see if evans can be a superstar caliber player then we will have one...

Yeah evans is the future of the kings for sure.... but even with soild players at all the positions all the teams that get to atleast semi finals of their conference got one super star... which is leading the team.

evans, casspi, hawes, thompson and greene are the kings future.. ( i excluded martin cause he is the present...:D

hes surrounded himself with a good coaching staff jim eyen old school coach with a lot of experience... mario elie, truck robinson and Shareef abdur rahim.. dont forget pete carrill the master of the princeton offense..

No -- you need a superstar.

This "5 good solid players" glue this franchise has been sniffing is just ahistorical. Doesn't even fit our own history, let alone the league's. I think there has only been 1 time in the last 30 years that a title has been won by a team without a HOFer on it (unless you want to count the coach, in which case even that is not true). In fact you can come pretty close to say that about the losing teams in the Finals for that matter. Even in the East's weakest years their Finals teams were almost always led by JKidd's, Reggie Miller's and LeBrons.

They could do a sign and trade with us for Noc and our cap space. That way they replace the empty spot as SF and still stay under the luxury tax.

Maybe Milwaukee will do a sign and trade Sessions at the MLE for KT's expiring contract..

Or talking SFs perhaps Garcia, and Greene for a re-signed Sessions.

It's funny.. A team with McGee, Fazekas, and Sessions I thought the best player would be Fazekas, and he's the only one not in the NBA! (at least not getting minutes if he's somewhere at minimum $$)

Anyhow;
PG-Sessions/Sergio (Beno can sit at the end of the bench)
SG-Martin/Evans
SF-Nocioni/Garcia
PF-Thompson/Brockman-Digou?
C-Hawes/Digou?

It's at least a start.. We can talk about maybe moving Martin, and KT's expiring near the trade deadline for a team that's looking to get rid of a star player and move Evans into the starting lineup.

since they extended a qualifying offer for sessions, im assuming the bucks really want to keep him.

I interpreted that trade of Jefferson to the Spurs as a move to let them have enough money to resign Sessions, and thta int urn may have affected our thinking on draft day -- if the Bucks don't free that money and Sessions looks more vulnerable to being poached, maybe we don't eat into our capspace wiht the Sergio move.

Of course on the other hand the Bucks then turned around and picked Jennings, so who knows. But thta was probably more of a long term potential move than a move for next season. Not sure many peoiple thinnk he's ready to lead a team yet.
