I'm not sure if Gibson should come out, but all indications seem to point out that he's pretty draft happy, as you said because of his age. This is a deep draft class, and unfortunately for him it really, really looks like he's a 2nd rounder. But I agree he is a sleeper--strong armed, long armed, plays with intensity and can be a nice hustle player in the NBA. In fact, it's his physical tools that lend the most intrigue--but you have to wonder, will his rebounding translate to the NBA, because he's too weak and quite undersized? Is he another tweener? I mean, he sure screams Hakim Warrick to me, but I have to ask--what's his bread and butter? But I'm being too negative here--for a 2nd round, he definitely is a bargain, with that sort of athleticism and defense, and if we can get him by all means go for it. He's not the shotblocker extraordinaire we need, but an athlete that doesn't focus on scoring and does the little things (replacement for Mikki?) might be necessary.
