Why are we number 6, the season isn't over?Well the Kings out-did themselves. Who honestly entertained any dreams of coming in 6th in the tankathon?
Time for some serious mock draft work. Is WCS in the bag?
We're locked in 6th per tankathon.com
the Kings have the 6th most ping pong balls even if they beat the Lakers twice?
The only possible change now would be if the Kings lost their last two to the Lakers and Orlando won their last two which would leave them tied for fifth. I'm not sure if there's a tiebreaker that would award it one way or the other or if it would be a coin flip
Yes. Today was huge. If we won today we would be one up on Denver with two to play. Now we are three up on Denver with two to play. We can beat lakers twice without hurting our position.
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins and forward Rudy Gay have made miraculous recoveries and are both expected in the lineup for the final two games of the Kings' season.
The Kings said Saturday that Cousins was sitting out to rest and begin rehabilitating his nagging right ankle and other leg injuries, while Gay was out after continuing to experience symptoms related to a concussion he sustained March 30. However both reported feeling fine after Sunday night's game.
The Kings finish with two games against the Lakers.
Cousins has averaged 24.1 points, 12.7 rebounds and 3.6 assists this season, making the All-Star team for the first time. Gay has averaged a career-high 21.1 points to go with 5.9 rebounds and a career-best 3.7 assists.
Magic lost to Kniks at home couple of days ago - they have no intention of catching up to the Kings.Yes.
The only possible change now would be if the Kings lost their last two to the Lakers and Orlando won their last two which would leave them tied for fifth. I'm not sure if there's a tiebreaker that would award it one way or the other or if it would be a coin flip but statistically the Kings can't move higher than sixth and might possibly be able to get to fifth. And just FYI the Magic play their last two games against Miami and Brooklyn.

More like the training staff cleared them to play![]()
psst....you don't.Can't help but wonder (perhaps related to Cousins' cryptic tweet) whether there was some misgivings/push back from one or both about having to sit out for no good reason (with tank accomplished), and wishes were granted. I guess it doesn't matter, but I'm glad I now have a reason to watch the last two games. Although I expect a lot of stat padding.
haha. I actually believed it! No league pass and beer tonight! Well, the beer stillpsst....you don't.![]()
