Since the beginning of the 2020-21 season, Donte DiVencenzo has posted 24 games with 7+ rebounds.

The only members of the Kings who have more done so on more occasions during that time-span: Domantas Sabonis, Richaun Holmes & Harrison Barnes.

I hope Josh Jackson starts trying to whip behind the back elbow passes to dudes running with him.
Welcome, Big Ragu.
Sauce us up.
He's not so good in a couple other areas:
He's one of those players that is fun to focus on and watch throughout the game because he has a great feel for the game and does all the little things right. BBIQ is his biggest asset on offense and defensive. He impacts the game without having the ball in his hands, which makes him a good fit on just about any team.
- on ball defense. jumps for pump fakes, doesn't have the lateral speed to stay in front of quick point guards. this was minimized with Giannis and Brook playing behind him on the Bucks but might be more noticeable on the Kings
- rim finishing. he was somehow a great rim finisher his rookie year, but has been very bad since then.
Personally, I think this is McNair's replacement for Ty. a defensive 2-guard who also got some playmaking skills. Some areas, DDV is better but overall, when he's healthy, he can do a solid imitation of Haliburton.Good thing the Kings have an elite on-ball defender in Davion that they can use him with then like the Bucks sorta used he and Jrue.

Yeah, and his off-ball cutting could become deadly now with Sabonis. If he can rebuild his 3pt, this one could be the biggest steal of the trades we've made.Yeah, DDV is obviously not as gifted a passer or lead guard as Haliburton is (or a shooter) but he's very well suited for playing next to Fox as an off-ball mover and stronger defender. Probably never going to be a spectacular player and he certainly doesn't have Tyrese's upside but I'm amazed we were able to get him at all.
I saw some tweets a bit ago saying they are eligible to play today. Not sure if they are actually playing or not.Have we seen any sound bites or quotes from Donte after the trade? Anyone know if he’s playing tonight?

I'm sure everybody who isn't in the rotation will get a chance once we're up by 30 in the 4th.

DeVincenzo said that he feels healthy, but hasn't quite found his rhythm yet after an extended absence. He's hoping to be back to form...in time for the playoffs.
