I've had this thought too. We really should have sent Tiny Archibald or Travis Mays. Shoot, we could have at least send Webb in a modified Webber #1 jersey.

Well, considering last year we had a 2.5% chance of becoming a great team, this is a definite improvement.

I really think we need an exciting player like Griffin or Rubio for ticket sales as much as anything else. However, if we do get 3 or 4, we will still get a valuable player and will have another shot at our superstar next season. We could do worse than adding a Thab/Jennings/Harden caliber player to our team.

I honestly think we can get someone good with pick 3/4. There's going to be Jennings, Thabeet, Hardin, Evans out there among others. Petrie is a legit drafter. It's not his fault Douby only brings his A game to practice.

Griffin or Rubio will help us tremendously, but Griffin isnt Howard and Rubio isnt Paul. If we miss out we miss out...

...I think we'll be gettin a top 6 pick next draft anyways, and its supposed to be pretty good.
