The initial tournament schedule has been announced, and the Kings will have a quick turnaround for Game 4 - opening the day Wednesday in Thomas & Mack against Cleveland.
Should be a decent test for Harry Giles' basketball legs!
Once again, WHY do they think they have to interview people during the game? I have the utmost respect for Kareem (and even remember when he was Lew Alcindor) but I don't need to hear him during the game.
I wish they wouldn't ask young players if they're modeling their games after any one particular player. I think most of them want to be their own player - perhaps inspired by another but not trying to model their games per se.
I keep hoping Vince Carter will drop a hint about where he plans to play next year. I would not mind having him back to mentor the kids but my heart tells me he's gonna go home to Toronto to finish his career.
Very impressed with what Carter had to say about how the team managed Harry Giles this past season. I'm even more impressed by how impressed Vince is with Giles' love of/commitment to the game itself. That speaks volumes to me from Vinsanity.
