Dwight's one of the few country acts over the last 20 years to have scored both with the Nashville crowd and the crowd that prefers the traditional Bakersfield sound of his country idols like Buck Owens. I saw him a few years back in Denver and the crowd was a mix of all types from Garth Brooks wannabes to greasers and punks. It was a fun show, right after Buck had passed and he did a rousing tribute. This is probably my favorite song of his, and while I could live without an entire album, I definitely need a few good country tunes to keep me company.
