At what point will people realize that we are the youngest team in basketball who have had 2 head coaches within 13 games of the season? This is the product you get with young guys who don't have a system to follow and without a true floor leader on the floor. It doesn't help that we don't have our only vet who seems to be willing to be our team leader in Hayes out with an injury and John Salmons deciding he's going to be beyond suck with us.
The worst thing the team could do is panic and blow up the team. we've seen how good this team can potentially be on several occasions; the Laker game, 2nd half of Milwaukee, etc. It's all a matter of finding a coach who can piece these parts together and building a chemistry amongst our star trio and finding role players outside of Chuck who compliment them.
Tyreke
Thornton
Greene
Hayes
Cousins
is what I'd like to see with a healthy Chuck. It maximizes the offensive potential of the trio and leaves Hayes as a mop-up guy and Greene as a spot up 3pt shooter (which is the roles we need from those positions). It also gives us a multitude of offensive options off the bench which we can sprinkle in throughout the game.
