To dump one king, who would you choose?

If the Bobcats need to cover their salary cap (75% of the full salary cap) we can send him Corliss Williamson. A veteran, good teammate, and only one year left in his contract.

Salmons is going to do the exact same thing he did in Philly...He's just not good enough to magically turn into anything more than the 7/3/3 man he was last year...And he's gonna be 27...It's not like hes a 23 year old with potentiall to take huge strides...He is what he is.

And how people all jump over Kenny...

K9's contract tops out at 8mil in 2011.
Career Numbers: 10 pts, 7 rebs, 2 assts, 46% FG
Last Season: 9 pts, 7.5 rebs, 2 assts, 50% FG
Best Season: 13 pts, 10rebs, 1.5 assts, 46% FG(03/04)

Salmons contract tops out at nearly 6mil in 2011.
Career Numbers: 5 pts, 2 rebs, 2 assts, 40% FG
Last Season: 7.5 pts, 3 rebs, 3 assts, 42% FG
Best Season: 7.5, 3 rebs, 3 assts, 42% FG (05/06)

Kenny gives you so much more than Salmons...He scores better...He rebounds much better...He shoots a much higher percentage...Kenny even gives you more steals a freaking game...

I'd dump Salmons...

How in heavens name do you know that. I've got some stocks and bonds Im looking into and need someone who can see the future to help me.
How many players have come to the Kings and suddenly were better than expected. I don't have to go down the list, you all know them. More often than not its the system you play in the makes or breaks you. Could he be a bust? Sure. But he could be like a lot of players who have come here and blossomed.
I'm not quite sure why you were comparing him to KT. They don't play the same position.

My vote is for KT, by the way, if by dump you mean trade.

You may note that a) our system is gone along with the coach; and b) Salmons has had at least three separate systems in his career and excelled under none fo them. Basically with him you are banking on it all being Iverson.

ditto...but...only in a perfect world...KT/Hart...for....al hell, I dunno, ANYTHING!!:D I dont see that happening, though...I bet that if GP pulled something off involving either one of these two guys, he would win back alot of people who've been jumping off the 'GP's a genius' bandwagon(I'm still on, and will be for a while)

You could be right, but I could be right. We'll just have to wait and see. As far as AI, yes, I guess I'am laying it at his feet. I'm not a big fan of AI's. He's an exciting player to watch, but I wouldn't want him on my team. I'm not quite sure why the Celt's wanted him, except for box office.
