I'd intended for my response to follow VF's comments about the jugular. However, I was so ammused by the new context that I saw no reason to delete or edit.

Though, it does imply a... closeness?... that seems downright unpleasant upon further thought.

I absolutely HATE adware!!! Everytime I found this one adware file and thought I had killed it, it popped elsewhere on my system at work. VirusScan couldn't clean or quarantine it, the antispyware couldn't kill it either. I've just spent the last 3 hours reformatting and reolading all my software (and I'm still not done).

My car died again. It just got a new motor. As in this past Tuesday. And it is dead this Saturday.

Yesterday, I posted that I have not done any post-Thanksgiving shopping.

It would appear that is, in fact, untrue. I have not done any shopping, but my money has -- I just found out that someone has gotten a jump on their shopping list with checks stolen from my mailbox.

Did the usual day after Thanksgiving shopping with a twist this year, a trip to Arco. Had to see the new black jerseys. At first glance, thought of Raiders (blah) but no silver so I bought one for Christmas for myself from my mother-in-law.=) Picked up some things for kids.

Picking up tree next weekend!! Can't wait!

It's nothing fancy, just plain black with white letters and numbers. I was hoping that there was purple in it, but oh well.
