My cat learned an important lesson this evening:
Don't get in the dryer.
I left the dryer door open long enough to get a sheet out of the washer and she climbed in without my knowing.
I put the sheet in, closed the door, turned it on and heard a lound thud. Realizing that there is no situation in which a single sheet should make a thumping noise of any kind, I opened the door to see if, perhaps, I'd left my slippers in the dryer.
When I saw that the sheet was moving, I realized what had happened.
She slinked out of the dryer and hid under the desk to avoid the spinning.
Luckily she's okay now, but very, VERY mad at me.
I don't know why. SHE'S the one who got in there.
