The Kings Wish List

The obvious one is no injuries (we're wishing after all)
a healthy CWebb again
GINBOLI
defense
better rebounding
free season tickets for me:D
a championship ring
blowing out the Lakers and Mavs everytime we play them
and I'll take KG too
staying in Sac
new arena

(no particular order)

uhhhhh:
a good draft pick to make a difference(perferably villanueva)
championship
kg would be nice but unlikely
new shooting guard to make a diff like joe johnson
and um, new jerseys with black instead of purple
and nash to retire from the league

Hmmm! My wish is for a championship, and I'll let Petrie decide on the personnel that gets it done. Oh, and of course, it must be done with entertaining basketball.
new arena
new uniform
a gift of season tickets for me and my favorite KingsFans friends (who shall remain nameless) :p

I'd like a pony, a trip to Disneyland, and some nifty new sneakers...

What? KINGS wish list? Oh...

My Kings wish is simple...

I want to spend next season enjoying the beauty of the Bibby/Garnett two man game.

This one would work quite nicely for me, too. Thank you.

Oh, c'mon. Name names.

It is TDOS, after all, unnecessary favoritism and the ensuing petty bickering and hurt feelings might be good for a few laughs.

My Wish...Bring back the SWAGGER!!!!

I wish for the following:

1) for teams to FEAR coming to ARCO beacuse they know their ears will hurt for 3 days and because the KINGS new frontcourt of Garnett/Miller/Stojakovic, and their capable backups, Skinner/Ostertag/Barnes are not only scoring big but are leading the NBA in Fouls Committed. The KINGS are now paying for TWO stand-by AMBULANCES for home games.

2) The KINGS frontcourt tandems of Bibby/Evans and Jackson/Martin are running the court, driving the lane, and have more STEALS than the San Quentin Six.

3) Sonics Forward Danny Fortson was admitted to Sunny Acres Rest Home after breaking down in a crying fit at ARCO from the pain of his bruises and the embarassment of being played like a pinball between Skinner/Ostertag and Garnett/Miller. The last straw was Mo Evans 3rd Alley-Oop Slam when much to the ARCO crowd's delight, Evans landed on Fortson's shoulders and rode him to halfcourt like the Jacka$$ he is.

4) NBA Commissioner David Stern entertained the ARCO crowd at halftime of the KINGS 131-85 drubbing of the Suns with his explaination of "What is and isn't GOALTENDING"

5) KINGS 15th man VLADE DIVAC played the final quarter of the KINGS 122-76 stomping of the Lakers and walked out with 6 rebounds and 8 assists and the LONGEST OVATION IN ARCO HISTORY as the KINGS wrapped up the #1 seed with their 70th win.

OK, I know it's a little (a lot) over the top, but it is tdos and I'm allowed to dream a little. :p

All your wishes were great, but this one stole the cake.

My wish is that KG, Duncan, Shaq, Tmac, Kobe, and Artest never put on a Kings uniform.

So basically you never want one of the best players in the NBA on the KINGS. Lets just stick with a collection of mid level players.

No I just don't want any of those guys on the Kings.

I agree with you on 3 of them but why not KG or Duncan?

I am just sick of people saying they want KG this and they want KG that. I like Kevin Garnett but it sounds like everyone is ready to give up on this team unless KG is in a Kings uni next year.

NO ONE has said they're ready to give up on the team unless Garnett becomes a King. Speaking for myself, I would love to see Garnett on the Kings because he is a dominant power forward and I think the Bibby-Garnett tandem might go down in history as one of the best ever. What's wrong with that? It's no different than any of the other off-season trade discussions/wishes. You're saying you don't want Kevin Garnett on the Kings because too many other people would love to see him here? That doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

;)

This is a wish thread. Not a who I like thread.
If you'd like, I'll make your wish for you.

SacTownKid wishes for KG not to be on the Kings.

Thats a silly wish there Sactownkid.

My wish list

PG:Bobby
SG:Jaric
SF:Kobe
PF:Kwame
C:Brad Miller

This only happens if we trade Bibby and Pedja for Kobe and sign Jaric to the MLE
and trade for Brown. I know I am dreaming but this would be a good defensive starting lineup.

I hope you have a good backup pg to play the rest of the season after Jackson gets injured.

i think mcgrady passed him up this year.... tracy had that fire this year but fell short... that one game where he rebounded the ball and it went out of bounds cost him the series....

lets not forget that spurs game.....

One playoff does not make a player. Kobe has proven longer that he is the best and most talented player on the planet too bad he is stuck in that crap hole of a city
