Well, we all can't open against D1-AA teams. Finally, the games get a little more interesting. Penn State looked pretty good against Akron. They have solid wide receivers, and Morelli has a gun for an arm. They'll keep it close. Paterno is an ageless wonder.

I am thinking... ND should win this, its our first game in South Bend... Place is gonna be a mad house.

Penn State is tough, we gotta get past these first 4 games.

If ND goes 4-0, buy your tickets to Tempe. That's a big "if", though. PSU fans around here seem awfully confident for having a green QB, OL, DL, and DB. Still, weirder things have happened.

i'm absolutely sick right now. didn't expect such a poor showing from the horns. heard something like 30,000 ohio state fans were in town for the game, and it showed. they were everywhere. the game didn't go as i had hoped, but i had a great time and hope we come back strong for the rest of the season. and oh so many pretty faces out there today.

Well, I guess my prediction wasn't too far off. Nice job by the corpse, er, Paterno with getting two late meaningless touchdowns. Even better job of calling timeout with 25 seconds left to make sure he got that last one in.

We move on, and I officially say, "Michigan sucks."

When it rains it pours for me, especially in sports.

My youth team got spanked against a team we should of wupped.. I checked the ND score right after our wax'n and OMG just bad, glad I didn't get to watch the game.

I am in a really bad mood right now ... put me on temporary ban VF before I do damage. HAHAH J/K

If your pouring I am drinking Spike... this absolutely sucks

Simply put - Michigan treated this as a big game. Lloyd had to have it. ND didn't show up with the same intensity.

I was working all day at my church's fall festival. Whenever I stopped inside and looked at the ND/Michigan score.....blech! My Irish got killed today. I am glad I could not sit down long enough to actually watch the game.

I have a lot of faith in Brady Quinn. Unfortunately, I don't think he has the complete package in a supporting cast.

Yikes! A block on the punt return by Brady Quinn? That doesn't make sense...I was hoping the final would be 34-31, but I guess not.
