Skills Challenge and All-Star Festivities

Wait so the skills challenge is basically who can hit a three after missing every pass, turning it over, and traveling in the open court? Isn't that our team philosophy this year? Cousins got this!

So confused as to what the rules were for this Skills Challenge. You don't have to complete the pass to advance?

And wow, KAT has that hustle and skills.

I know this probably should be in the NBA thread but I'll post it here anyway. The NBA has some really nice & young big men in the league that are on the come up with Boogie, KAT, Okafor, Noel, Drummond...I still have faith that Joel Embiid will play in the league, either that or just become another Greg Oden.

It's a timed event; how much more of a penalty than "stay in the same spot until you complete the pass, or miss three times" do you require?

You should stay at the spot until you complete the skill. It is a Skills challenge is it not? You shouldn't be able to pass a spot to catch up unless your able to do the skills required. I think a guard missed all 3 passes, he should've had to stay at that point until he can put a ball through a hole.

Steph vs Klay was pretty awesome. Practice must be insane with those 2. The 2 best shooters on one team. Just not fair.

It's a timed event; having to eat that time is penalty enough. Yeah, it is a "Skills Challenge," and the "Challenge" is, "Can you make this pass in three attempts or less?", not "How many attempts does it take you to make this pass?"

Just don't think you should be able to move on until you finish that skill. Personal opinion. And I don't think I'm in the minority on that.

Should have been Co-champs. If AG won, Lavine robbed. When Lavine did AG's dunk fight after and made it look so effortless, now that was classic. The under the legs dunk from AG may be the greatest dunk I've seen in a contest tho. That dunk deserved more than a 50 because all of Lavine's dunk were 50 as well.

I'm sure that's never happened to anybody else, ever. Certainly nobody's ever failed three tests in school, and been promoted to the next grade. Nope. That never happens.

Lol at this explanation.

High Jumper gets three tries to clear 6 feet. Doesn't complete the jump. That jumper does not get to keep jumping when the bar raises. If you can't complete the jump your done. But wait your logic, they should be able to keep jumping, because that always makes sense. Always. Because they have totally shown they can complete that skill

Well then why did they change the 3 pt shot in the end. It used to be try three 3 point shots then you lay it up. So if you can't win until the 3 point shot is made, you shouldn't pass until u make the pass which imo is easier anyways.
