Ryan Harrow is someone to keep your eye on this coming college season. He transfered from North Carolina St. a year ago, and was forced to sit out a year. He'll be the starting PG for the Kentucky Wildcats this comeing season. At 6'0" he's a great ballhandler and an even more terrific athlete with serious hops.
Its been reported that in practice last year (he could practice with the team, just couldn't play) he outplayed Marquis Teague. Here's a little video of him.

At times he seems to have eyes in the back of his head. I haven't looked at any of the current draft boards yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's the number one PG on the lists.
