Thought I would start this a little early so that I could ask this question:

Will we see Peja guarding TMac tonight considering he did a pretty good job on him in Houston?

Not sure? I would think that they would put Chritie on him now that his foot has improved. I think with Christie's speed and overall defensive ability it would be a better matchup for the Kings.

Should be Christie guarding McGrady. Its important that we win today. That will be a big boost to the confidence. We need to have good games against the Texas triangle. I think we should do well today. It depends on how we take care of Ming and Mutambo as well. I have a feeling that Mutambo is going to have a good game today. But we will win.

GAME 2 after Ron Artest - ( Yeah I know )

Theme of the game is PAY BACK.

Kings will win without overtime tonight

EXPECTATIONS

CW - will share some PG duties - he will grab a rebound , bring the ball up all the way to the top of the key, stop and miss a jumper at least 2 times tonight. Also he will end up with another tripple double if Mike and Pedja shoot + 50 %.

Pedja - will have a tripple double on his own in the first half. +10 pts 3 rb ( hence tripple) and 2 assists ( hence double). He will not do so in the second half because that would mean 6 rb total and that is just not Pedja. He will go to the line in the first half tonight.

Mike - will not guard Lue/Ward tonight (his night off defensively). He will outscore both of them together. He will hit his FT tonight. He will also hit at least 3 threes

DC - for hime the theme of the night is "Tuesday's poker night" He will have a "straight draw" type of game 9 pts, 8 reb, 7 assists, 6 steels, 5 fouls and 4 TO's. He will not fight Rick Fox tonight.

Brad - his pride got hurt badly last game. He was outfouled by Pedja 5 to 1. Tonight he will make sure that the order is restored. He will have 3 PF in the first half. He will also hit a three.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bobby - he is currently playing "hide and seak" with his game. He will take and make a shot in his first posession in the game. It will be all downhill from there

Darius will be Darius again

Ostertag - he had a great game on Sunday. Currently his pts / PF ration is 0.8/1.9 per game. Tonight he will have more PF than minutes played. He will also have more PF than PTS and REB combined.

Rest of the nameless bench - please stay where You are.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

RA will manage again to sit Pedja, CW and Mike at the same time. In the 2nd quarter our five on the floor will consist of Bobby, DC, Ostertag, Darius, and whatever name is of that other guy. - our lead will rapidlly decrease
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Charlie Ward will not beat us again tonight.

V Gundy will have to call an early time out after a Kings 10-0 run. He will look shocked - or whatever that look is. He will also lose some hair (ups, never mind that one).
One of the Houston Players will have career night
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bucks will win tonight

Gotta keep a check on Mo Taylor, he always seems to have big games against us. I think the key will be not to let Yao get more than 20, and Taylor under 20...we can handle TMac getting 30...Jimmy Jackson is good, but cant take over a game under those circumstances. This would be a big win.

Will JJ shut down Peja?

Nah. I remember Peja having one of his best individual performances against the Rocket's last year, but we got blown out qas a team, it was over by halftime.

This will be the first Kings game I get since Denver, hopefully it won't turn out like the Bucks game.

Sac 95
Houston 85

If JJ does that, it will be Bibby and BJax that excel, they have no one in their backcourt that can handle our 'big' 2 at the guard slots.

I am predicting that CWebb is going to be a passer all night with easy layups by Brad and Bibby. Even though they have Yao, the Rockets love to shoot 3s, so we need to watch mainly JJ and TMac. This should be a good game for Brad (if he does not have foul trouble) because he can run the floor better than Yao.

KINGS WIN!! 106 to 98

JJ did give Peja some problems last year, but not Hassel/Bowen problems. Doubt he'll throw in 35 tonight, but shouldn't be a 12pt flameoout either.

Might have something to do with JJ also playing some offense, so he actually gets tired on both ends of the floor.

Any other DirecTV subscribers not able to watch game right now. I am on the phone with DirecTv and the phone just keeps ringing. Is everyone from Sac trying to get ahold of them right now?

took him only 6 minutes to get a shot of. Great teamwork
Teamwork has been near PERFECT tongiht.

point of team is not to get Peja shots. Its to get whoever's open shots.

amen

seems like they are doing well

GO KINGS!!

kings' shooting percentage is lower --47.8% but shooting more: 11-23.
does that mean we are getting more rebounds and playing better offense?

please tell me yes.
