I remember people talking about his Suns blogs about a year ago, so I thought I'd share these with you all.

I've been following these since he signed on with ESPN.com...I really enjoy his writings.

Apparently he's producing his own TV show based loosley on his experience as the Suns 12th man. (Read last three entries)

I disagree, I think Shirley has a unique and very seldom heard perspective. All we ever hear about and from are NBA stars, the truth is there are a lot of guys who make teams hang arround and after a few years go away. They share locker rooms with millionairs and work for billionaires, they see the game from a perspectve the fans and the stars just never get.

HndsmCelt, I'm with you. I've read him infrequently, but it is nice to hear something from the "end of the bench," the guys who make an NBA team, but never really make the NBA. Besides, he has written some seriously funny stuff.
