What did you expect though.. We had a 1.5 chance or something to get a top 3.

Anyhow, With the Bulls moving up this might skew the big men available later on.

Why are people mad? It's our own fault we're stuck in mediocre land. No one elses.

On another note, congrats to Chicago. They're going to be set with Beasley. Only thing that bothers me is I hate the Heat, and Wade and Rose in the backcourt is going to absolutely dominate.

Maybe if this happens for long enough, someone in the front office will finally get the fact that you need a star to rebuild. Stars generally don't come with the 12th pick, they more often come with a top 3 pick.

I'm not mad, because I didn't have hope we'd luck out. We never do.

It's amazing the Chicago Bulls we're able to get the number one pick with a slim chance of one 1.7%. I have a feeling that whoever they pick will have a big impact on the team knowing that they already an ok team in the league.

Yeah, they lucked out. They have a great core now with Beasley/Deng/Hinrich to go along with Thomas, Gordon, Sefolosha, Nocioni. Great young team. They'll be there in a few years.

They could go with Rose, but I think Beasley is far better suited to them than Rose. I wish they would take Rose, because I think he will be a superstar and I would hate for Miami to get him.

IMHO some of you really need to get a grip. Whining about the lottery? Like you really expected the Kings to move up to a top 3 slot? And because we didn't, the lottery is rigged?

Yeah, right.

If you're that freaking cynical about the game, the league and everything else, why do you even bother to watch?

Be upset that we didn't lose more games. That at least would make sense. This other stuff is just silly.

Exactly. It's unrealistic and just silly to place all your hopes on winning a lottery. I said it all season, I wanted us to lose. In the middle is not the place to be, and I hope Geoff realises that sooner rather than later. We need a top pick. Hoping we luck out is not the way to get it.
