Newbie Kings fan - Looking forward to upcoming season!!!

Just wanted to introduce myself (I'm sure most people probably don't care who I am! lol!) I'm pumped about this upcoming season!!!

I live in Cincinnati, Ohio, so since we have no NBA team - I've kinda been a Kings fan for a few years now. (Some of my family members had season tix back when the Kings were the Cincinnati Royals. So there's a connection with Kings and my hometown.)

I'm also a huge University of Kentucky Basketball fan. (Born in Kentucky. You can travel from Cincy to University of Kentucky in about an hour and a half.) Now the Kings have my favorite Wildcat DeMarcus Cousins!

I will be getting NBA League Pass and watching all the Kings games this year. I've been learning more about the team and will be posting on this board throughout the year.

Looking forward to an exciting season!

I watched a lot of Sacramento games in C-Webb, Vlade, Bibby days. Does Arco still get pretty loud? That place used to be wild! Cow-bells and all!

I know the drill....everybody likes to have a sports-loving chick around. Plenty of them post on Catspause.com (UK Message board). I'm sure a mass amount of Wildcat fans will start showing up when NBA season starts.

Awesome dude glad to have you "aboard". hee hee. Glad also to have another DMC fan join the fold. I for one have a lot of faith in the guy, and for some reason love to root for the misunderstood heart of gold types, which to me DMC is. Any more information, stories, or impressions of The Big Teddy/Grizzly Bear you can offer would be appreciated.

Welcome NatiKings from Cincy! Happy to have you inboard. There are no dumm questions about our Kings for newbies so ask almost anything. I'm sure the're are no shortages of answers. I and Bajaden have become the NBA summer league gurus having attended this year to watch DeMarcus and Whiteside in their first efforts "at the next level". Unfortunately this year's Kings summer league team had no diamonds in the rough to get excited about except of course DMC and Whiteside. Casspi and Greene, rookies from last year (yeah, I know Greene is not a real rookie that' just my take on him), played on the summer team for additional work but the focus was on DMC.

First, welcome to the board. We're always glad to have new Kings fans enter the fold. Now, about the other thing... While I'm not sure "sports-loving chick" is the right term, you'll soon learn there are a good number of female Kings fans around here. And some of us are really rabid about our Kings!

Welcome to kingsfans.com. Its not possible to have too many Kings fans. We're thrilled that DeMarcus was available to Kings with the 5th pick in the draft!

Arco has been too quiet for a while now. We have suffered through some awful seasons. Started to pick up with Evans and Casspi being added last year, especially Evans, who is amazing. I fully expect Arco to be louder and more exciting this year. We have good reasons to be excited about the upcoming season and Boogie has a lot to do with that.
