Not against this team. There are other teams the Kings matchup better with and could probably beat in a series. OKC and Dallas for example. Not sure I would favor them against any of the other legit playoff teams in the conference at this time

The Pelicans are 18-15 against teams not named the Sacramento Kings. Some guys just have your number; Kings might just have to hope that the Pelicans end up on the other side of the playoff bracket.

It’s about matchups. This is in no way a complete indictment on them as a team. Minnesota “owned” the Kings last season and we went in their house a few backs back and mopped the floor with them, just as we did to the Grizzlies the other day in Memphis. If we don’t own those teams because of those two examples, then I’m not gonna freak out about today either. There are holes on this roster but this ain’t a play-in team, it’s a playoff team that matches up poorly against certain teams just as many other teams have squads they don’t necessarily wanna see come playoff time.

I stop watching pretty much after the 1st quarter. The Kings just don't have it. This Pelicans are a constant reminder that the Kings just don't have the size and length to hang with them. IT IS TIME TO MAKE TRADES!!!

Time to remove Barnes (lack of size and disrupt anybody on defense), let alone help on team defense.
