Good to see in Reke's first game of the season Gentry immediately starts him and sends Gordon to the bench.

They made history two straight seasons...it was time for them to win one. Now it's time to get back to the losing ways.

old man Kobe dropped 30+ on the Wizards so who got the last laugh now? and his team won. In other news, Gobert out for Utah indefinitely...good news for Kings?

One of the greatest lines ever coming from Houston's announcers: "Don't reward flopping in this game ever. I hate floppers.". Yeah without flopping James Harden would average about 5 points a game.

Marcus Mariota had the same injury and played the next Sunday. So, if it takes around a week for a young athletic QB to return, how long will it take for a young giant to return? 3-4 games? QB'S are somewhat more stationary than NBA players and are not constantly running.

Any games that Gobert misses will help the Kings and hurt the Jazz.

Can't stand the fact that the NBA allows Harden to play the way he does. If he has a clear path for a layup, he will still side step, jump into the side of a defender and then try and lay it in for an And 1. It's ridiculous to allow the ball handler to just run around trying to slam into people while looking for fouls.

according to rotoworld a Grade II sprain of an MCL typically costs a player 4-6 weeks. that would mean January.

Mariota is 6'4 and Gobert is 7'2....big difference in size and the amount of healing and treatment that is required for a seven footer. I can see Gobert being out at least 2 weeks.

Harden is probably the one superstar I can think of that I would not want to have anything to do with on my team. Regardless of his scoring ability.

this Cleveland team has no chance of beating Golden State at the rate they are playing...too much LeBron going one on one and the whole team watching. Reminds me of the good ol' Cleveland days.

Evans with about the most Evans statline ever: only fourteen points, on thirteen shots, with four turnovers, but also seven rebounds and ten assists.

Warriors with their hands full in Toronto right now. Doesn't help that there appears to be a little bit of home cooking going on...

Warriors keep getting the lead and Toronto keeps fighting back. Ezeli doing a pretty good job standing in for Bogut.

What Luke calls coming out of this timeout determines just how good a job he's doing.

It's been a VERY long time since I've been so totally and completely enthralled by watching the battle between two coaches. Luke Walton has my respect, and I do not say that lightly.

Warriors with a 1-point lead and 6.2 seconds on the clock. Very interesting...
