Just watched Real Madrid vs Marc Gasol's club in the opener of the Spanish League and the instant inbounds thing they have when the ball goes out is amazing, it cuts out so much crap of players complaining about calls, also rewards defense in a way where when you strip someone at half court and it goes out of them you can have a fastbreak chance. Best rule they put in for ages.

Looks like the Houston increased salary commitment is more like $7M, probably just a typo. But in terms of "nothing burgers" - yeah this trade would appear to have a really really low impact-to-total-players-traded ratio.
