Kind of a shame Suns won’t get a shot at the 8 seed. The 8-0 bubble run was impressive. If they can continue this momentum into next season that’s one more West team that’s “ahead” of us.
Looks like Kings would’ve needed a 6-2 or 7-1 bubble record for a play in shot.

The Kings could have had a Dame/Boogie/Reke/IT/Kawhi (but without Pop turning him into a monster) core if the Maloofs weren’t actively trying to strip the franchise of all of its value before booking it for another city. Just crazy

Get what you're saying but I hate posts like these (and other later versions) because fact is once you start with Kawhi over Jimmer you would likely not be in the position to draft Dame. The thing is .. the Jimmer pick made sense at the time. It wasn't the best we could have done, but it made sense next to Reke and Cousins if Jimmer had met the expectation of becoming a 3 point marksman version of Beno Udrih.
See this is why I just don't think Fox is gonna cut it as a big time franchise player without a 3 point shot. Guys like Curry and Dame can will you back into games closing the gap because they can get 3 after 3.
